Steam Boilers is of 600 Kg in which de-mineralized water is evaporated by firing and burning of diesel. The steam produced is of 6-7 bars, which is supplied to all parts of plant by seamless steel pipelines to process area.

Steam is used to heat the material inside jacketed vessels and condensates are drained out. Supply piping are provided with "steam traps" to drain out accumulated condensate to ensure the better quality of the steam to avoid heat losses pipelines are insulated with "Fibre Glass".

Thermex make boiler is incorporated with all safety features like high pressure, low pressure, no water, flame failure, steam superheat.

Boiler is fired with Furnace Oil.
