Air compressor is of reciprocating type; it is having free air delivery of 200 cfm at maximum unloading pressure of 7.3 kg/cm2 and coupled to 30Kw/40Hp which produce air by compressing.

The compressed air is collected in air receiver.

The required pressure in the Air-receiver is maintained by loading / unloading of the compressor automatically. This high pressure air is passed through air drier to remove the moisture in the air.

To avoid any possibility of oil particles going with air, it is passed through a Oil-Trap filter which removes oil completely.

Thus dry and oil free air is distributed to various points of use in production area. The air is again filtered at the user's point by a 0.22µ filter wherever it is in direct contact to the product.
